I Thank The Lord

I thank the Lord,

For giving me

A man who is honorable,

And thinks so unselfishly.

I thank the Lord,

For all the years my husband and I shared.

For the times he listened,

Because he really cared.

I thank the Lord,

For a christian man.

Who prays and reads the Word,

And in the community, lends a hand.

I Thank the Lord,

For giving me,

A father to my children,

Leaving a Godly legacy.
