I read His Holy Word each day,

The B-i-b-l-e.

I love the words of my God.

Every verse, chapter, and line.

God’s Holy Word teaches me, reaches me,

And stretches me each and every time.

May Your Word, O Lord,

Penetrate my heart in new ways.

Help me to really listen,

To what You have to say.

Lord, show me all Your promises.

When I read Your Treasured Word.

Reveal Your life to me.

For You are my Saviour, my Lord.
