Spring Splendor
The earth awakens from her sleep,
The birds begin to sing.
The flowers bloom in bright array,
The time has come for Spring.
The trees are dressed in pink and white,
Their fragrance is so sweet.
The golden sun pours forth its warmth,
To whisper Summer’s heat.
The shy green grasses sparkle,
In the early morning dew.
The whole earth is rejoicing!
For all is fresh and new!

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ,
he is a new creation; the old
has gone, the new has come.
